CityFrame Production
Every CityFrame is manufactured individually. After receiving your order the model will go into production. The following production times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the available production capacities at the time of placing the order.
Size S: 15 business days
Size M: 15-20 business days
Size L: 25-30 business days
Shipping fees
We ship with DHL and UPS. The exact shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated during checkout.

UPS has fixed transit time options, which can be selected during the checkout. Parcels usually arrive at their destination within this predicted time-frame. UPS services are currently only available for small parcels.
DHL Premium only gives an estimated transit time. Most locations will be reached within the predicted time frame. Due to the current decrease in cargo capacities, delays may occur. In some countries DHL hands the shipment over to the local postal service for the delivery.
Tax, customs and duties
CITYFRAMES is based in Germany. International shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and duties. These fees need to be payed by the customer.
International shipments returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties are subject to a handling fee of 15€ for a CITYCUBE and 30€ for a CITYFRAME. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
